I have the best job in the world, traveling the globe in search of the perfect almond croissant. I started my career in hotel and restaurant management but quickly realized I wanted to eat in the restaurants and stay in the hotels, not work in them!
I have been a flight attendant on private jets for over twenty years which nourishes my passion for food and travel.
This sight was originally designed as a community service for flight attendants who are tasked with the job of creating culinary masterpieces at 43,000ft.
