Butter Scotch Pot de Creme with Caramel Sauce-the perfect dessert

This recipe from Food & Wine changed my mind about pot de crème. I thought it was a bit of a snooze, but this sweet, salty, creamy goodness may very well be the perfect dessert. Don't skip on the crème fraiche and Maldon salt topper. It adds something inexplicably delicious!
